With support from the Institute for Tourism and Recreation Research, a survey of small business owners was deployed across Carbon, Park, Stillwater, and Yellowstone (MT) Counties. This project primarily explored how small business owners experienced the disaster recovery process and what concerns they have about future resiliency.
